Some people believe that there should be fixed punishments for each type of crime. Others argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. Discuss both views and give your opinion. Fixing the punishment for every sort of wrongdoings is a controversial issue for many decades. There is a bundle of arguments which are supporting both of points. First of all, firming the trail for each sort of crime must have some hampering effects in a society. Individual know if he does any sort of crime, he will be penalized with a fixed punishment. For example, if a fine is fixed for every criminal from a jury, without any jail punishment, the maximum bad rich people will convict crimes on daily basis and make themselves clean from crime by giving that fixed fine.
