More people should be encouraged to wear their national costumes every day.  To what extent do you agree or disagree with the given statement? In today's societies, the residents do not wear their national costumes. Most people prefer wearing their dresses which one made in their country but not considered their traditional dresses. Some people do not approve of this by saying that this way people are forgetting their history and traditions. But I think that this is a part of modernization and development. We should look forward. #09 IELTS Writing Task 2 "By punishing murderers with death penalty, society is also guilty"

By sanctioning murderers with capital punishment, the community is also blameworthy of committing murder. Thus, life in lockup is an excellent punishment for murderers. To what degree do you go in favour with this statement? I strongly support the death penalty for murderers. In present-day's communities, the life is very brutal, especially in my country. There are many demented people doing misdeeds and there is nothing to stop them. We interviewed some captured wrongdoers who said, "I was just killing him but I realized that if I did so, I would get the judicial murder. So I left him". Undoubtedly, the capital punishment saves lives and gives a positive difference to a community. According to The Dawn report which was published in December 2017, the crime rates in Karachi was very high when the capital punishment was banned, as the government removed this ban, the crime rates dip down about 80% as a whole.  This report clearly depicts the significance of the death

#07 IELTS Writing Task 2 "Imagine there is a plan to build a new restaurant"

Imagine there is a plan to build a new restaurant / factory / shopping center/ school / theater / etc, in your community. Would you favour this plan or oppose it? Frankly speaking, I would absolutely support that plan to establish a school in my neighbourhood. A well-standard school is a great treasure and an asset to a community and locality. So the value and importance of a school in my village are significant. Is its quality and service is high, then a school will have a great local attention than any museum or a park. A good school may also coin up and illuminate the reputation of our town and community. Other reason for supporting a school includes the beneficial influence regarding monetary prestige and economical advantages over the society. For instance, a number of unemployed skilled graduates will have an opportunity to lay hand on a job at a distance of a stone throw. Furthermore, when a multinational standard school establishes and is successful, it will save the mon

#06 IELTS Writing Task 2 " Many people say that modern technology is better than old technology"

Many people say that modern technology is better than old technology.  How far do you agree or disagree? I absolutely agree with the statement that modern technology is better. In broad terms, everything contains its pros and cons, merits and demerits, but even in spite of that, modern technology bears special significance. To illustrate further, just imagine the importance of modern technology? There may be an element of consideration with old technology to some extent but overall the modern technology carries more weight into its scale. I would like to come forward with certain arguments, examples and references in order to justify my point is view. First of all, the current age is lightning fast and it calls for highly skilled professional agility in every sphere of life. For instance, we can get fast and best mechanical results through modern technology. Then celebrities of all ages have emphasized the importance of modern technology. That is why every Jack, Dick and Harry

#05 IELTS Writing Task 2 "In the past, people had skills such as making clothes",,

www.phuljarhi.com In the past, many people had skills such as making their own clothes and making repairs to things in the house. In many countries, nowadays, skills like these are disappearing. Why do you think this change is happening? How far this situation is true in your country? Gone are the days when people preferred to do handicraft works and repairing the things in their homes as compare to nowadays. There are a number of factors involved in this case like large number of other activities, contradict jobs and the modern life style. In the past, the societies were not technologically advance. No machinery were available for making the clothes and other repairing items. So the people had a plenty of spare time for manufacturing these gadgets as they known that no any machinery will be provided. #04 IELTS Writing Task 2 "As well as making money, business also have social responsibilities"

www.phuljarhi.com As well as making money, business also have social responsibilities. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? The idea that, beside making money, enterprises also need to have public responsibilities and duties, remains always a source of controversy. In my opinion, while generating profit is a top priority of each company, I agree that they should also conduct their business in a socially responsible manner. On the one hand, the efforts of the companies to maximize their profits may have some benefits for society as a whole. Firstly, the higher the pro earned by enterprises, more tax they pay to the government. As a result, authorities may have more revenue to spend in key fields, including health and education,  which leads to an improvement in the quality of life of the whole community. Secondly, by earning huge profits, companies have the opportunities to grow their business. For example, firms could you their capital to expend their productions, crea

#03 IELTS Writing Task 2 "According to those in travel business, the nature of holiday"

Rather than seeking a relaxing break in a far-away place, people now want to excitement on their holidays and are keen to participate in unusual and challenging activities. Do you agree or disagree? Holiday are important because they provide break from our normal daily routine and from the world of work. Traditionally, the holidays have been seen as a time of relaxation and as an opportunity to visit another country in order to find out about it's geography and customs. Nowadays, however, it seems that other types of holiday are becoming popular. Some people want there holiday to be a kind of adventure, and find it more relaxing than going to the beach or visiting museums. #02 IELTS Writing Task 2 "The number of over-weight children in developed countries is increasing"

www.phuljarhi.com The number of over-weight children in developed countries is increasing. Some people think this is due to problems such as the growing number of fast-food outlets. Others believe that parents are to blame for not looking after there children's health. To what extent do you agree with these views? There is plenty of evidence to suggest that children are over weight and the situation is getting worse, according to the medical reports. I fee that there are a number of reasons for this. Some people blame the fact that we are surrounding by shops selling unhealthy, fatty foods such as chips and fried chicken,  at low prices. This has created a whole generation of adults who have never cooked a mean for themselves. If there were fewer of such restaurants, then children would not be attempted to buy take-away foods. There is another argument that blames the parents for allowing there children to be over-weight. I tend to agree with view because good eating habi

#01 Ielts Writing Task 2 "Not every thing that is learned is contained in the books"

It has been said, "Not every thing that is learned is contained in the books." Compare and contrast knowledge gained from experience with knowledge gained from books. In your opinion, which source is more important? Why? "Experience is the best teacher" is an old cliche, but I agree with it. The most crucial, and sometimes the tough, lessons we learn in life come from our presence in activities. We cannot gain everything from a book. Of course, learning from books in a formal educational setting is also profitable. It is in schools where we learn the information we need to function in our society. We learn how to speak and write and understand mathematical equations. This is all information that we need to live in our communities and earn a living. Nevertheless, I think that the most important lesson cannot be taught; they have to be experienced. No one can teach us how to get along with others or how to have self-respect. As we grow from children to teenag
